DAY CARE SERVICE: One (1) Day Care Center is established in the barangay serving Day Care children with one (1) day care teacher.
Malubog has two Kindergarten classes which are subsidized by the DEPED. It has two (2) Kindergarten Teachers.
Barangay Police/Tanod: 20 members, conduct patrol roving and daily duty
Lupon : 20 members, conduct daily duty
