TOPOGRAPHY
Rugged and mountainous with elevation reaching up to 600 meters above sea level. It's slopes range from 18º – 30º which is idel for agriculture.
CLIMATE AND WEATHER
The climate and weather ranges from dry to wet seasons. February to May are considered dry months, while June to January are categorized as wet seasons.
LAND SUITABILITY
The area is highly suitable for plantation forest, commercial tree crops, and cut- flower production. The land is also suitable for the production of exotic crops andother high-value crops such as Broculi, Lettuce, and Culliflower, and other vegetables.
GEOLOGY AND SOIL COINDITIONS
Geologic formation of the area is Malubog, of which underneath it are its basement rocks composed of shale and sandstones at the base andgrading gradually to sandstone and conglomerate at the upper portion.
The soil series is made of Baguio clay loam, characteristically uplands soil formed from intrusive rocks or quartz diorities and metavolcanic rocks.
